The Ring Brothers’ 1965 Mustang, Hose Candy equipped “Producer” won Goodguys 2012 Street Machine of the Year. This is the third time the Ringbrothers have won this award.

Due to the success they've achieved using the Hose Candy products, they will develop custom Ringbrothers-branded Hose Candy kits and offer Hose Candy products for sale to enthusiasts and other builders. Ringbrothers Secret #1 Boa Clamps

"A heat shrinkable hose clamp that will never leak and looks great"

Imagine never having to re-tighten that ugly worm gear clamp again. Imagine the colder the temperature gets the tighter the grip becomes on what ever you want to seal. Imagine a clamp that is impervious to automotive chemicals and never rusts. Imagine no more leaks.

Imagine Hose Candy's new heat shrinkable thermoplastic Boa Clamps, used by the Ringbrothers on every build. This new clamp system, shrinks to conform to any shape of hose and housing and can be used for cooling systems, air induction, air ducting, vacuum and turbo hoses and evaporative emissions. Hose candy thermoplastic Boa Clamp maintains a dynamic tension so it never needs retightening. Whenever the engine reaches operating temperature, the shrink forces of the Boa Clamp readjust to a consistent clamping force. In addition, its clamping force increases as the temperature drops below 40 degrees F, thereby tightening the connection. Cold leaks, which normally occur when the temperature drops below 40 degrees F, are eliminated.

Installation using a heat gun is fast and easy, including hard-to-reach places. Heat-gun attachments permit installation in confining areas that would be extremely difficult to reach using a screwdriver on a convention a clamp. The Boa hose clamp features a smooth surface that won't rust, corrode, or result in cut fingers during installation. Boa  hose clamps are completely resistant to all automotive fluids including oil, antifreeze and even brake fluid. Boa hose clamps can be positioned over the raised bead on the end of the fitting nipple - even cast metal. And Boa clamps are readily removed with Hose Candy' specially-designed clamp removal tool. The clamps also can be removed using a soldering iron to melt through the thermoplastic material.
Sizes are available for 1/2" through 3-1/8 inch I.D. hose.

Hose Skins

You can take any stock or custom hose, and install Hose Skins over it, hide the cut ends with Boa clamps and install colored boa sleeves for the ultimate custom look at a fraction of the cost of stainless steel over braided.

Hose Candy Hose Skins provide the ultimate in custom styling and enhanced performance. Hose Skins have been packaged in kits that have exactly the right Skin size and length for your vehicle. There is no "one size fits all", you need a kit fits sized just for your vehicle. The new Carbon Fiber and Kevlar Hose Skins feature a proprietary weave and coating system called SkinPosite making it now possible for DIY users to “skin” their own hoses in their shop or garage.
